Add Account to RunUO Server?

How do you add an account to your RunUO Server? I've been looking for guide on how to do this but when I search add account I get an error saying the search couldn't be completed. I also tried search outside the forums but all I could find was blank error 404 pages.

when this opens
type in an account name and password
then click on Add

Where is the Account List? Is it a CS script setting in my RunUO server folder or is it in-game?

While in game do [admin then you will see it listed

Ok, I tried adding another account but I'm getting an error saying that the IP already has one account. Is there away to add more IPs?

Look at AccountHandler.cs should be handled in there

I fixed it by editing MaxAccountPerIP. Do you know if you can edit the default IP admin address itself?

How do you mean, edit the default IP admin address?
The Admin IP is not hard coded, it is just listing the IP that the Admin is currently using, or has used, and stores it for a log reference.
