can someone give me the basics please? been so long since I did this I having problems remembering how to set make/set them

Not enough information on what you are asking. If you started a new server, and need dungeon teleporters created, login with your owner/Admin character and type this comman: [TelGen
This will create all standard teleporters that are added with the distro RunUO package.
