[Freeze Issues

Any idea's why certain items will become "Refused tiles" after a freeze. Such as Fern plants ect; they end up just not appearing.

I have to ask this question even though it may sound dumb. You do know what [Freeze does right? If not I can explain how it works and why you may not getting them to re-appear

Yes I know how it works, And I replace my muls after every freeze from the directory I have setup to EA Games folder. I can see all of my buildings, just a few certain items mostly plants become "refuse" tiles after the process. Just curious as if there was a way to fix that or if I should just not freeze those items in general.
