Problem with client 3.0c []

(my english is bad)..
i know.. the razor is better to play with clients more than 4.0 .. but with the razor 9 or oldest, someone friends get play with client 3.0c.. but every time when i try to use .. comming that problem.. look:

Razor only supports 4.? + not sure of the exact version but i know its 4 something.
