Razor Window Wont Display but is open

I reinstalled and everything but my Razor program after launching Ultima Online does not show. The icon is in the taskbar but wont open. It is not stacked with UO. I can not open it but I can see it if I Alt+Tab. Can anyone help me please? Thankyou.

Maybe if I were to delete the registry key for Razor? I dont know.

You probably need to uncheck the run in background feature in the razor menu.

Should be n the right of your task bar, if you can't see it, click un the "up" arrow, the last to the left of the spot to the right with lots of icons, then you should probably see it.
