Advance Criminal system

'attackable guards' from the forum: custom script releases, and improving how the game handles criminal activity.

) City guards are now movement-based, can be attacked and respond like an ordinary combatant. A guardhouse, usually near banks, can be entered and further interacted with; See the bottom for details.
)Location of alerts play a role: the farther from the guardhouse, the longer it takes for guards to respond. Guards nearby that were previously alerted are included in new alerts
) Special guards patrol most major cities, and alerting these trackers of the night is unwise, as they often chase and persist some distance outside the city boundaries.
)Early stages of an alert consist of guards attempting to fine an offending player, who then /accepts the guilt and is charged. Replying /decline and fleeing results in chase and a heightened alert, and if the culprit isn't quickly captured, fiercer guards responding.
)Mere criminals are not slain by guards but captured through combat.
)Players apart of the guard have a command, /arrest, targeted at criminal players below 20-percent health.Typing /resist within 2 seconds withstands the attempted arrest, after which the player can be killed without penalty.
) Guards do the unexpected, such as following random players, or occasionally surveillance unlikely areas like the sewers or a park.

New entitlements and default colors added, which are changeable in options.
Vigilante - Players may revert to blue on demand and vice-versa
Employed - can /fine and /arrest players, receiving income and points.
Blue - Guards give directions and requested to defend a player
Caution - Attempted snooping, trapping a box or laying a trap, casting some spells like summons
Offender - Successful snooping, attempted stealing or lockpicking, and attacking an NPC in-town
Criminal - Attacking another player, killing NPC, successful stealing or lockpicking, /declining a fine
Career Criminal - Killing a player, killing a spree of NPCs, or /resist arrest
Murderer - Killing a player while a career criminal, or racking up enough murder counts.
Mass Murderer - Kill a number of players without dying, or continue collecting enough murder count
Twisted - Basically kill everything in sight for awhile, eventually you'll become so twisted and evil that your name will blacken and every city will have a bounty on your head.

Guards inspect players marked with caution; attempt to fine an offender; retaliate against and arrest criminals, call reinforcements for a career criminal; two guards always show up for murderers and the like.

Bounty boards located in major cities display lists of scores, among them criminal activity and murder counts. Once enough are collected, most cities set up barricades, checkpoints and command posts, and even deploy soldiers to execute these most twisted
Players may correlate bounties for heads of certain players. This is done by accessing the bounty board and filling out a bounty request. There's some choices on the request like how much gold, whether there's a deadline, which title (murderer/twisted) will be warranted, etc. Bounty rewards are tax-free.

Vigilante players may not only strike back at other violent criminals, but kill them without penalty. Believe-not that you are above the law however, for looting ensues criminality. Attacking, killing, or otherwise responding, to criminal activity awards vigilante points.
Ending the life of a twisted or mass murderer also reverts him back into a simple murderer

A new faction, named 'The Guard, is available to non-criminal players who wish to take vigilantism to a new level. While employed, some features allow player-guards to search and easily find offending players, although the seriously criminal are exempt from this. After fining an offender or arresting a criminal, players receive guard-points which can be viewed on the bounty's scoreboard and used in various faction-only areas. If an offender refuses to accept a fine, player-guards, like regular guards, are able to attack the criminal. As the criminal is nearing death a guard may /arrest a criminal, however if this is not given before killing him than a point-penalty is issued. After being arrested a criminal is housed for a period, usually until he/she re-abides to the law or partakes in the mini-game: jailbreak.
