Go in the download section, and download the Localization file viewer.

Max is 1041645 so hard to know with the Localization file viewer

qdjx I am running Windows XP SP 1 and have no problem running the Localization File Viewer it like Run UO requires the .net framework do you have that installed?

well im not sure if this is what your talking about but you cant type [bcast blah blah blah and it will relay a message through out the whole server
