how to make public server

Hi all, I am new to this but I am trying to make my server public so my kids can play on it. The issue I have is I am behind to 2 routers and I also have no-ip but I still can't make it, I have port forward and did the static ip and still unable to get it to work I am lost.

2 routers, but the same network, get your network ip like 192.168.0.100 for me, so, even if they are not on the same router as you, they should be able t reach your router with static routes and connect to the server.

sending info to the external router, then sending to no-ip for redirection to the external router is just over complicated...
have you tried to ping one of their computer using the network address?
