I'm looking to purchase a shard that the owner has either lost interest in, no longer wishes to own, or just has lost hope and wants to do something else. I am very interested in seeing if I get any replies or messages to this. Reasonable prices only; does not have to be fully established but would like something with a website or small community that I can attempt to put life back into and take over. Thank you all!
