Managed Direct X 9.0 (corrected)
Well since its required and krrios forgot to leave a link to how install it in his initial release post and the downloads section..
Ok I was wrong about earlier but it does fix an issue with the SDK Managed DX Time out.
To install managed DX download the Redistributable Direct X package of what ever version your using. Extract the package to a location you can find easily IE C:\
It will extract two folders Liscnece and Directx# (# being the version of direct x)
Open the Directx# folder and of course install Direct X by running the dxsetup.exe, reboot when prompted, next go back to the same folder and you will see a ManagedDX.CAB file, open this with WinZIP and extract/run the mdxredist.msi file, this will patch Direct X with the managed DX files
