Preventing Mark Spell in area

Sure, check your Scripts/Regions/GreenAcres.cs and your Data/Regions.xml
By default, GreenAcres region do not allow to cast GateTravel, Recall, Mark and SacredJourney and no not allow to place houses on it
If you're trying to block only Mark spell or another restriction, i reccomend you to create a new Region type following the GreenAcres example
