Run cedserver.exe in the PEBinaries folder. hit enter when it asks for a language. type in a port. type out the entire directory location of the map0.mul for example if your client is located in C:\UO when it asked for the map0.mul you will type C:\UO\map0.mul and press enter. the same process for the other mul files it asks for. Width if you're using the newer client version is 896 height is always 512. Next it will ask for a Format if you're using 7.0.8.44 - 7.0.23.1 then it would be 0x000C If you were successful it will launch the server and you can start UOCentrED+ using 127.0.0.1 as the ip and the port you entered. along with the username and password you create.
Note: password is hidden but you'll be typing it in during server setup
