Holiday trees

can somebody create a script for a holiday tree?
I'm newbie to c#,I learn better by example.
Here is what I'd like to see in the script
1) when its created it looks like a deed
2) when you double click on the deed, it becomes the holiday tree
3) can we script in RL dates ? If it's not december then it says "Can only use in december"
4) when you double click tree, it goes back to deed

this would help me out a ton, havent seen anything like this on boards yet

What is "DateTime.Now.Month"?
Does this come from my computer date/time?
Would someone in another time zone see my time, say i make a clock in brit or theres time?
All these questions are cause im new and would like to put this in most of my scripting.so my some monsters spawns and chests and special events would have this in them.
what ya guys think this a good way go?
And Delta, thanks for taking the time to write that up, it gives me a better understanding of how stuff is scripted,and in my opinion a fast way to learn this c#
