How to add and enable plugins for uofiddler?

It is probably a stupid question, but I just can't figure out where I can add and enable plugins to UOFiddler. I used downloaded version 4.6. When I click the menu item: Plugins -> Manage, I got a window with two panels but both are blank. I do have a folder called "plugins" with multiple plugin dll files located within the same UOFiddler folder.

Really appreciate if someone can give me a pointer.

Sounds like your download is buggy. I use 4.6 as well and mine has the check boxes in the left panel for the plugins. Once you see them you check the box, close Fiddler and then restart it and the plugin should be active.
