It crashes again :(

It crashes again :(

I have UO : AOS 3D+2D installed and patched to 4.0.0p(both 3d and 2d clients). Right after it renders the first frame of ingame graphics(after entering britannia gump) it crashes :

It did crash for me on my former pc(p233mmx, 128mb ram, 16mb riva tnt2), then for some reason from certain beta of kr. client or uo patch probably it stopped(btw it almost always crashes if 3-rd party mul-files are used it seems, like custom verdata/hues/tiledata etc), now i get a new pc(AthlonXP 2800 Barton, 1024mb ddr 400 ram, GeforceFX 5600 128mb) and it crashes again just when i wanted to see how it looks the proper way %(
