The composer included here is tested and runs in RunUO 2.3 - it is somewhat similar to what is present here :

I said somewhat, it is merely a copy, stripped down and done really fast.

How do you use this?

[add MusicSheet

Then you must have an instrument in your backpack, you doubleclick the paper, and then an instrument, and start record via something similiar to a "tracker" the notes. Test it, and post questions!
