Password for svn?

Fixed for a while and seems to want password again

havent bothered to check for the last 2 weeks and decided to tonight and am unable to connect. no password request it just says it cannot connect. i glanced at the temp svn but it looks like it hasn't been touched in over a month which is unusual since runuo was doing updates pretty much weekly. is it just me or is the svn borked again?
