Razor won't start-up

Razor won't start-up

Operating System: Windows 98 SE
Razor Version: 1.1
Emulator Logging Into: RunUO 34 (maybe Beta)
Client Version: 4.0.0p

Brief problem Description: When I open Razor I get an error message, that says...
"System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 0 is not running.
at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId, String machineName)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId)
at Assistant.ClientCommunication.LaunchClient()
at Assistant.Engine.Main(String[] Args)"

I have .NET Framework installed, and I was running the client through UOGateway.
