I saw this thread in the archive and and decided I'd like to update it, if typhoonboot doesn't want this update posted pls PM me and I will remove it (though he said in the thread he wouldn't mind additions to the script).
The original showed the initial message in seconds and now will show in minutes or seconds as appropriate to the input time. It will also send update messages every minute and at the 45, 30 and 15 second marks as well as the final 10 second countdown. and display the messages as minutes or seconds appropriately.
Installation is easy, just drop it somewhere in your scripts/customs folder, it should compile without any issues.
