I didn't read through the billion replies to this already so excuse me if this is a repeat of what is already said.

I'd like to see some of the current stuff finished like all the spellweaving spells and ML stuff to be in the base RunUO.

Some of the third party stuff that has made being an administrator easier are various spawn systems, custom quest systems, and easy ways to add custom content to a shard to tailor it to whatever the administrator wants. A lot of that stuff needs to be incorporated into the base RunUO so that a user can download and get a fully functional spawned world with quests and custom items without having to do core edits and major changes to code anywhere.
